June 2002 Savannah, Ga Trip

The river front district and the old homes district of Savannah are history in the making with a southern beauty and charm found only in the south.  Spring is a great time to visit when the flowers are in bloom and the weather is moderate.  Don't forget the eats - yes, you can find many excellent restaurants to please any type of appetite.  History is worth keeping and Savannah has lots of it to offer.  Take a couple of days so you can really enjoy your visit, you'll be glad you did.
